Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases
at Alpha Lab so we offer a 30 day customer satisfaction
unconditional guarantee. However, if for any reason you
are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns
only under the following circumstances:
- Product is unused, clean and not damaged (unless
damaged during delivery).
- Must have original packaging and materials.
When you receive the package from
us, please be sure and examine the contents and make
sure that it fits your needs. If you decide that you
would like to return or exchange a product, you must
first obtain a Returns form with an
Authorization Number. To obtain one, please email customer
services at

Please do not return an item without
a returns form or it will be rejected by our wharehouse

All returns must be in a “saleable
condition” for refund to be considered.
Unless the item shipped was different
from the one your ordered or you received a damaged
item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping
the item back to us. Items that are returned for exchange
will be assessed and any new item sent will incur a
shipping fee to return the new item.
